How to check delivery progress, resend confirmations, and get help with an existing purchase.

Guest buyers

If you checked out without creating a TicketLater account, use the secure order link in your confirmation email to view status and delivery instructions. That link is personal to your purchase — we do not offer a public order lookup by email or order number alone.

Lost the email? Contact support@ticketlater.com from the address used at checkout with your order number. We may require verification before resending access.

Signed-in buyers

When you buy with a TicketLater account, eligible orders also appear on your My tickets page after you sign in. Guest orders may be added when you later create an account with the same verified email.

  • Follow ticket delivery and transfer progress
  • See venue-app instructions and next steps
  • Open support with your order details pre-filled
