These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of TicketLater's website, applications, and related services (collectively, the "Services"), operated by TicketLater, LLC, doing business as TicketLater("TicketLater," "we," or "us"), with a principal business address at 1007 Serenada Dr, Georgetown, TX 78628, United States. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, except where mandatory consumer protections in your home jurisdiction apply. By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
TicketLater is an independent ticket resale marketplace. Tickets are sourced through established industry partners, and prices may be higher or lower than face value. Unless a specific order or disclosure states otherwise, TicketLater is not the venue, promoter, or primary ticket issuer. Issuer, venue, and local laws may impose resale restrictions, transfer requirements, ID checks, and other entry rules that apply to your tickets.
You must be able to form a binding contract where you live. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate contact information so we and partners can fulfill your order and reach you about changes.
We aim to show all-in totals (ticket-related charges and TicketLater's fees in one number) when our pricing data supports that display. Taxes may be included where applicable data exists; if a component cannot be calculated in advance, we will disclose material items before you pay. Inventory, broker costs, and fees can change before payment is completed. For supported inventory partners, TicketLater attempts to secure a broker hold when you start checkout; your order is confirmed only after verified upstream inventory acquisition, not payment alone. If your total changes during checkout, we will show the updated amount and, where required, obtain your consent before charging you.
When you place an order, you authorize payment for the total shown using the method you select (for example, credit or debit card, or a buy-now-pay-later provider such as Affirm, Klarna, or Afterpay / Clearpay where offered). Payment processing is handled by our payment partners; installment terms, interest, and approval decisions are set by those providers. Failed, reversed, or disputed payments may result in cancellation or hold on fulfillment. Chargeback and dispute rules also apply under your payment method's terms and card-network rules.
All sales are final. Refunds and exceptions apply where the event is officially canceled, TicketLater cannot fulfill the order as promised, or another exception in our Buyer Guarantee and refund policies applies.Whether you may receive a refund to your original payment method depends on the event organizer, venue, primary ticket issuer policies, the inventory partner's rules, and applicable law. See our Buyer Guarantee, Purchase & Refund Policy for TicketLater's buyer guarantee, delivery expectations, and refund rules. Postponed or rescheduled events may be non-refundable; seat locations and dates may change. If an event is canceled and you are entitled to a refund under the applicable policy, TicketLater will process it after confirming the cancellation and supplier eligibility, as instructed by the organizer or partner, and return funds to the original payment method where reasonably possible. No refund is guaranteed except as required by law or the written policies that apply to your specific purchase.
Tickets may be delivered as mobile transfers, PDFs, or other formats per issuer and venue rules. You are responsible for accepting transfers at the email or account you provide. Operational steps (including confirming broker purchases and marking transfers complete) may involve manual review; timelines vary. Many mobile transfers finish within 15–60 minutes after confirmation, but TicketLater does not guarantee delivery or transfer by a specific time except as expressly stated on your order confirmation or required by law.
If you provide a mobile phone number at checkout or in your account, you agree that TicketLater may send transactional SMS messages about your orders — including payment confirmation, delivery status, ticket-ready notices, transfer reminders, and refunds. A disclosure appears next to the phone field at checkout describing message types and opt-out instructions. Messages may include links to your order status on ticketlater.com. Message frequency varies by order activity; message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to any TicketLater text to opt out of SMS. Reply HELP for help or email [email protected]. Consent to receive SMS is not required to complete a purchase. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle mobile contact information.
You may not use the Services to violate law, infringe others' rights, interfere with the platform, scrape or overload our systems, circumvent security, or misrepresent your identity. We may suspend or terminate access for conduct that risks users, partners, or the integrity of the Services.
The Services are provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. TicketLater does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation or that any listing will remain available until payment. To the extent permitted, TicketLater disclaims implied warranties and limits liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those jurisdictions our liability is limited to the maximum permitted by law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the latest version. If changes are material, we may provide additional notice where required by law. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
