Accessibility

TicketLater is committed to making ticket discovery and checkout accessible to as many buyers as possible.

Our goal

We work to follow widely recognized accessibility practices so buyers can search events, review seat details, and complete purchases using assistive technologies where possible.

Request help before you buy

If you need assistance choosing seats, understanding delivery methods, or completing checkout, contact us before placing an order so we can help you evaluate options.

  • Email support@ticketlater.com with the event name, preferred section or budget, and any accessibility needs (for example, wheelchair locations, companion seating, or step-free access).
  • Visit our Support page for order and delivery questions after purchase.

Report a barrier on our site

If you encounter a difficulty using ticketlater.com — such as keyboard navigation issues, missing labels, poor contrast, or content that does not work with your assistive technology — tell us what happened so we can investigate.

Please include:

  • The page URL or screen where the issue occurred
  • What you were trying to do
  • Your browser and assistive technology, if known
  • Screenshots or recordings, if available

Send reports to support@ticketlater.com with the subject line "Accessibility feedback."

Venue accessibility

Seat locations, ADA accommodations, and venue entry rules are set by venues and event organizers. TicketLater lists resale inventory from third-party sellers; we cannot guarantee specific accessible seats unless shown on the listing. Contact us before purchase if you need help confirming whether a listing meets your needs.

Ongoing improvements

Accessibility is an ongoing effort. We review buyer feedback and update pages, forms, and checkout flows over time. Thank you for helping us improve TicketLater.
