It should be read together with our Terms of Service.

2. Information we collect

• Identifiers and contact data — name, email address, phone number, and similar details you provide when you create an account, place an order, or contact support.
• Order and transaction data — event, listing, quantity, amounts, payment method type, and order status. Payment card and bank data are collected and processed by our payment processors (for example Stripe, Affirm, Klarna, Afterpay / Clearpay); we do not store full card numbers on TicketLater servers.
• Device and technical data — IP address, browser type, device identifiers, cookies, and usage logs used for security, fraud prevention, diagnostics, and product improvement.
• Communications — content of emails or in-app messages you send us, including support requests.

3. How we use information

We use personal information to:

• Provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Services;
• Process orders, payments, refunds, and fulfillment-related communications;
• Authenticate users, detect fraud, and protect security and integrity;
• Comply with law, respond to lawful requests, and enforce our terms;
• Send transactional messages (such as order confirmations and transfer notices); where permitted, send marketing communications you can opt out of.

4. Text messages (SMS)

If you provide a mobile phone number at checkout or in your account, TicketLater may send transactional text messages about your order — for example payment confirmation, ticket delivery updates, transfer reminders, refunds, and related account notifications. Checkout displays a disclosure next to the phone field describing these messages. Message frequency varies by order activity. Message and data rates may apply.

You may opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for help or contact [email protected]. Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchase.

Your mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes.

5. How we share information

We share information with service providers who process data on our behalf — for example payment processors (Stripe and applicable BNPL providers), cloud hosting, email and SMS delivery, analytics, and fraud vendors. We share information with inventory and ticketing partners as needed to fulfill orders. We may disclose information to comply with law, protect rights and safety, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, subject to this Policy. We do not sell your personal information for money.

6. Cookies, analytics, and similar technologies

We use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies for security, session management, preferences, and understanding how the Services are used.

Essential cookies are required for sign-in, checkout, fraud prevention, and remembering settings such as your language preference. They cannot be disabled while using TicketLater.

The Services are not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
