How TicketLater Works
A step-by-step guide to finding, buying, and receiving tickets on TicketLater.
TicketLater is an independent ticket resale marketplace. Tickets are sourced through established industry partners, and prices may be higher or lower than face value. Qualifying delivery and validity issues may be covered under the TicketLater Buyer Guarantee — see policy for details. Some orders are fulfilled through official venue or issuer apps.
1. Find an event
Search concerts, sports, theater, and comedy — browse by category or artist to find your next live event.
2. Choose your tickets
Select your section, row, and quantity. All-in pricing is shown when available so you know the total before checkout.
3. Checkout securely
Enter your email, choose a payment method (card, digital wallet, or pay-later when available), and place your order.
4. TicketLater processes your order
Your payment is captured and your order is confirmed. You'll receive a confirmation email with your order details.
5. Tickets are delivered
Tickets are delivered by mobile transfer, PDF, QR code, or another digital method depending on the listing. Delivery timing varies by event and ticket type.
6. Track your order
Use the secure link in your confirmation email to follow delivery progress. See Manage My Order for guest and signed-in options.
