When will I receive my tickets?
Ticket delivery timing varies by event, venue, and ticket type. Many mobile transfers finish within 15–60 minutes after confirmation, but delivery timing varies by event, venue, and ticket type. Some orders take longer or arrive closer to the event date. Check the secure link in your confirmation email or see Manage My Order (/help/manage-order) for the latest delivery information.
Do I need an account to buy tickets?
TicketLater may allow buyers to check out as guests without creating an account. Guest buyers are responsible for entering a valid email address and phone number at checkout.
How do I manage my order as a guest?
Guest buyers receive a secure order access link by email after purchase. Open that link to view order status and ticket delivery information — TicketLater does not offer a public lookup without the link.
What if I entered the wrong email?
If you entered the wrong email address or phone number, contact TicketLater support immediately at [email protected]. TicketLater may require verification before updating delivery information or resending ticket access. TicketLater is not responsible for missed ticket delivery caused by incorrect buyer information.
What happens if there's a ticket delivery or validity issue?
TicketLater is an independent ticket resale marketplace. Tickets are sourced through established industry partners, and prices may be higher or lower than face value. Delivery timing varies by event, venue, and ticket type — TicketLater does not guarantee delivery or transfer by a specific time except as expressly stated on your order confirmation or required by law. Qualifying delivery and validity issues may be covered under the TicketLater Buyer Guarantee; TicketLater will investigate and may provide comparable or better replacement tickets or a refund after verification where applicable — subject to organizer, supplier, and applicable law. What happens if the event is postponed?
If an event is postponed or rescheduled, your tickets will generally remain valid for the new date, time, or venue. Postponed or rescheduled events do not automatically qualify for a refund. TicketLater will follow applicable organizer and supplier rules and communicate available options if refund options become available.
What happens if the event is canceled?
TicketLater will issue a refund to the original payment method used at checkout, subject to supplier rules, payment-processor requirements, and applicable law.
What if my tickets don't work at the venue?
If your tickets are denied at the venue, contact TicketLater support immediately at [email protected] and provide documentation including your order number, ticket screenshots, and any venue denial notice. TicketLater will investigate and may provide comparable or better replacement tickets or a refund after verification if tickets were materially different from your order, invalid, or unusable under the Buyer Guarantee.
Can I get a refund?
All sales are final. Refunds and exceptions apply where the event is officially canceled, TicketLater cannot fulfill the order as promised, or another exception in our Buyer Guarantee and refund policies applies. See our Refund Policy (/help/refunds) for details.

Can I resend my confirmation email?

TicketLater accepts credit and debit cards, digital wallets, and pay-later options when available for your order. Available methods are shown at checkout before you confirm payment.
